Before joining OIF, I was a Practice Leader in LegalVision’s corporate team, advising on business structuring, corporate governance and capital raising. I had a particular focus on venture capital, working with some of Australia’s most prominent VC’s and exciting startups (including several OIF portfolio companies!) on deals of all stages and sizes.
